Q What is the price of your service?

We will advise our offer based on your cargo details, like gross weight, volume, origin, destination, with/without battery (if cargo with battery, MSDS report is required to provide) and other necessary information.

Q Are there any hidden costs?

We never run business in this way. When we advise our quotation to the customer, we will state clearly which part of charges are mandatory and which part are optional based on specific situations. We commit to our promises.

Q How do we arrange the payment for services?

You can pay by bank transfer (T/T) or through the secure Alibaba platform.

Q When is the timeline to make the payment?

It depends on the shipment type. For sea shipment, payment should be made within 3 calendar days after the goods depart the origin terminal. For air shipment, payment should be completed before the date of flight schedule departure from the origin airport.

Q Can we enjoy any payment credit terms?

Yes, this is negotiable if our cooperation is smooth and shipment volume becomes very regular (on a weekly basis).

Q Do you provide real-time tracking for the cargo in transit?

Yes, we provide end-to-end tracking updates for all your sea and air shipments, allowing you to monitor the status and estimated arrival times throughout the transit process.
