The client can send us the product information and book 2-3 days in advance. We can contact the factory to confirm the inspection. The inspection plan and payment options will be presented to the client. We will perform the inspection and the client will get the inspection report within 12 hours.
The factory contact details, product information, and your special quality control requirement if you have any. Some clients also ask for approved samples and we can arrange shipment.
Our written reports are very detailed and comprehensive, including accurate descriptions of all defects and inconsistencies, statistical analysis based on the highly recognized AQL standard, and plentiful spot pictures for illustration. A written report and original pictures will be provided within 12 hours after the inspection.
Payment via Bank Transfer, Western Union, or Alibaba Escrow is acceptable. Inspection costs always need to be prepaid before the inspection.
Transit times vary by method: Express takes 3-7 days, Air Shipping takes 8-12 days, Sea Shipping takes 25-35 days, and Train Shipping takes 30-40 days, depending on the specific destination.
