Q1
Why do I need shipment inspections or factory audits?
In case of any poor quality, incorrect quantity, or unreal information from suppliers, having inspections is the most efficient way to protect buyer's rights.
Q2
How to start the inspection?
The client can send us the product information and book 2-3 days in advance. We can contact the factory to confirm the inspection. The inspection plan and payment options will be presented to the client. We will perform the inspection and the client gets the inspection report within 12 hours.
Q3
What do we need to provide you for the inspection?
The factory details, product information, and your special quality control requirement if you have any. Some clients also ask for approved samples and we can arrange shipment.
Q4
What information does the inspection report include?
Our written reports are very detailed and comprehensive, including accurate descriptions of all defects and inconsistencies, statistical analysis based on the highly recognized AQL standard, and plentiful spot pictures for illustration. A written report and original pictures will be provided within 12 hours after the inspection.
Payment via Bank Transfer, Western Union, or secure online Escrow is acceptable. Inspection costs always need to be prepaid before the inspection.
